How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- Access the 3D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used bet slip and old lotto tickets into the trash can.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO have 3D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the day.

Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Hence, this site still uses ‘Swertres’ in some of its articles when referring to 3D Lotto.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
