2D Lotto, also known as EZ2 Lotto, is one of the most popular digit games conducted by PCSO since its introduction in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO conducts official EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Cancellation of draws generally happens during major holidays.
PCSO also operates five jackpot-bearing games in the Philippines. How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:
- Pick your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to randomly choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D ticket.
- Check the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to abide by the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out in all outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to minimize the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player wins PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Are 2D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the highest 2D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,000.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What does LP in 2D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
