How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.

- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be observed in all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to discard used play slips and/or old tickets.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you played the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What is the schedule of PCSO 3D Lotto draws?
PCSO is airing 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act since the maximum 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play slip to the cashier.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
