Swertres Lotto is a game of two numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was rebranded in 2019 as “3D Lotto” and has become one of the most popular fixed-prize lotteries in the Philippines since its creation in 2002. There are three plays in Swertres Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO holds 3D Swertres Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are generally postponed.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the Swertres Lotto:
- Pick a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal choose the Swertres number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the Swertres result after the live draw to verify if you matched the winning combination.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional Regulations to be Observed by Bettors when Playing Swertres Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to buy Swertres tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash bins.
Swertres Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

Swertres FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does LP in Swertres mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the Swertres number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variation that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you choose a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 1-4-3), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres results match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 1-1-3), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet card.
How do I claim my Swertres Lotto Prize?

To claim Swertres Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
