How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Pick the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Additional Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be carried out at all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to discard used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

In 3D Lotto Straight Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the chances of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the terminal can no longer be canceled or voided.
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
