Along with 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also conducts today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, and Super Lotto 6/49.

2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was launched in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular fixed payout games in the Philippines. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

PCSO conducts EZ2 2D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are normally suspended.

How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:

1. Pick your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
2. Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly select the numbers for you.
3. Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
4. Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
6. Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D ticket.
7. View the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.

Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the lotto prizes.

In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

Important PCSO Regulations to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to abide by the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.

1. Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be applied at all outlets in the country.
2. Follow social distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
3. Use your own ball pen to lessen the risk of contracting the virus.
4. Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
5. Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
6. Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.

2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.

In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

A player can take home as high as 4,000 pesos for every 12 peso play if his number combination matches the 2D Lotto Result released by PCSO.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How many 2D Lotto draws can I play in advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you selected.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the cashier.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.

Will there be any 2D Lotto draw during Holy Week?

PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

How do I play Rambolito?

Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that allows its players win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.

With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 12-25 and 25-12). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 2,000.

To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto playing card.

How do I claim my 2D Lotto Prize?

If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, take note of these helpful tips when claiming your prize.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
