How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Choose three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, check the 3D result to see if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be applied at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Observe physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or disinfectants before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Does PCSO have 3D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the day.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet card to the cashier.
How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?

Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
