How to Play 2D Lotto

PCSO 2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:

1. Choose two (2) digits that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
2. If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically generate the numbers for you.
3. Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
4. Select the bet amount in the AMT section.
5. Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
6. Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
7. After the draw, see the 2D result to see if you won the prize.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.

Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

2. Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the teller.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be canceled or voided.

Are 2D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?

2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the highest 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.

Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.

January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
