3D Lotto, previously known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular digit games offered by PCSO since its launching in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
Official Swertres 3D Lotto draws happen daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. In such occasions, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- Access the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to follow the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be followed in all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
