How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 2D Lotto:
- Choose your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 2D ticket.
- Check the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
Important Health and Safety Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What are the odds of winning a prize in 2D Lotto?
In 2D Lotto Straight Play, the chances of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the chances of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the play card to the cashier.
Does PCSO have 2D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.
What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
