Introduced in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts live Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Postponement of draws regularly takes place during major national holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Pick three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
New PCSO Protocols to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play slip and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Is Swertres Lotto the same as 3D Lotto?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
