Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be observed at all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.

Mega Lotto System Bets – Learn How to Improve your Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system bets in 6/45 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a bettor marks seven (7) numbers which creates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor picks a total of eight (8) numbers generating a total of 28 combinations.

How do I win a prize in 6/45 Mega Lotto?
You win a prize in 6/45 Megalotto by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Getting three (3) of the winning combination gives you PhP 30, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize equal to PhP 1,000 while five (5) numbers wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 32,000.
Getting all the numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 8.91 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system bet. This option allows you to mark up to 12 numbers rather than just 6, thereby generating a bigger number of combinations.
The system plays you can select from are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.

What is SYS 5-Roll in Lotto 6/45?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Mega Lotto 6/45 system bet which allows you select only five (5) numbers instead of the default 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically combines each of the remaining 40 “unmarked” numbers in the play slip to the five numbers you already picked.
This creates a total of 40 combinations and guarantees that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 800 (Php 20 x 40).
To play System 5-Roll, simply choose your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS section of the 6/45 Lotto bet card.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/45 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
Can I play Mega Lotto 6/45 in Advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the present draw. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet slip. Your 6/45 Mega Lotto combination will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Mega Lotto 6/45 entry will be valid for the six (6) consecutive Megalotto 6/45 draws including the current draw.
How do I Play Mega Lotto 6/45 System 8?
System 8 is the Mega Lotto system play that lets players to select a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the typical six (6) numbers. This play type produces 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).
To play System 8, simply pick your preferred 8-number combination and then mark the number 8 in the SYS section of the 6/45 Lotto play card.
What if I cannot think of any Mega Lotto 6/45 number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically pick the 6/45 Mega Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the play card.

March 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
