3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular fixed payout lotteries accross the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Choose a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you got the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage bins.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?

Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
