How to Play Swertres Lotto
To play Swertres Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Pick three (3) digits that will compose your Swertres combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, access the Swertres result to see if you won the prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by Swertres bettors in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be implemented in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when buying Swertres tickets.
- Bring your own pen to decrease the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to throw away used bet slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
Swertres Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

Swertres FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about Swertres Lotto
What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

In Swertres Lotto Straight Play, the chances of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the odds of winning in Swertres Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play Swertres Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the Swertres Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the Swertres winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you played the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What does LP in Swertres mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically select the Swertres number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket after it is accepted by the terminal. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you give the play slip to the cashier.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
