How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Mark a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system pick the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 2D result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
Can I get a refund for the 2D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the terminal. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play slip to the cashier.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
