3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was introduced in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular digit lotteries in the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are generally canceled.
PCSO also operates draws for each of the five multi-million peso lotto games three times per week. How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Health and Safety Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or old tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Playing via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

In 3D Lotto Standard Play, the chances of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the odds of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you give the bet slip to the cashier.
What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
