How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Choose a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to know if you got the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.

- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.

In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).
