How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you got the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
New Health and Safety Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and non-winning tickets into the garbage bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play card to the cashier.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and luring them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
