How to Play 2D Lotto
To play 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Mark a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 2D result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important Regulations to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to follow the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be carried out at all lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 2D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the player receives PhP 2,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How many 2D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?
2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
