3D Lotto (also known as Swertres Lotto) is one of the oldest fixed payout lotteries operated by PCSO. It has been hugely popular among the public since its inception in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of hitting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds live Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior announcement is made. Postponement of draws usually takes place during major public holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Choose the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to know if you matched the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
New Guidelines to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and luring them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
