How to Play EZ2 Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the EZ2 game:
- Choose two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your EZ2 combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the EZ2 result right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
One EZ2 combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your EZ2 ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing EZ2 Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to buy EZ2 tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or old tickets in the garbage bins.

What are the ways to win in EZ2 Lotto?
You win a prize by playing EZ2 in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the EZ2 winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the EZ2 results in any order.

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is an EZ2 Lotto game variation that lets its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 11-06 and 06-11). If the EZ2 results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the EZ2 bet card.
Are EZ2 Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
EZ2 prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act because the maximum EZ2 winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the EZ2 ticket?
EZ2 tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their EZ2 tickets.
How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific EZ2 entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void an EZ2 entry before purchasing the ticket. An EZ2 entry that has been accepted by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
Can I play EZ2 Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your EZ2 entry will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen EZ2 entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) EZ2 draws.

To claim EZ2 Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
