How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) numbers that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, check the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional Guidelines to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or old tickets in the trash cans.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player wins PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically select the 3D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play card to the teller.
What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
