2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was created in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries accross the Philippines. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
EZ2 2D Lotto draws happen every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. In such cases, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the 2D Lotto:
- Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Additional Health and Safety Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to observe the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the outlet.
- Throw away your used play card and non-winning lotto tickets into the trash bin.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically pick the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you give the bet card to the teller.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
