Since its introduction in June 2002, 3D Lotto (Swertres Lotto) has become one of the most broadly played digit lotteries accross the Philippines. PCSO has pegged the prizes of 3D Lotto to PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws normally occurs during major national holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Pick three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to observe the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be applied in all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Observe physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
How much is a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the highest 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are taxable.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
