How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing PCSO 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Mark two (2) digits that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Select the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 2D result to verify if you won the prize.
One 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash cans.

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor takes home PhP 2,000 if he matches the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

In 2D Lotto Standard Play, the chances of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the chances of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that lets its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 01-09 and 09-01). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 2,000.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
