3D Lotto, also called Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular digit lotteries facilitated by PCSO since its creation in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts official Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior announcement is made. Postponement of draws generally happens during major public holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- View the 3D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Playing via the Rambolito gives you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?
PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.
How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the computer. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play slip to the teller.
How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, take note of these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
