How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Pick two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you chose.
- Select your play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 2D result after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be carried out at all outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own ball pen to decrease the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What is the price of a 2D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can buy the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Are 2D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
2D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the highest 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are taxable.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the terminal can no longer be canceled or voided.
Can I get a refund for the 2D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the terminal. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the bet card to the teller.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
