3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries in the country. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO holds Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior official announcement is made. Postponement of draws generally takes place during major national holidays.
PCSO also operates draws for each of the parimutuel lotto games three times per week. How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here right after the live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Important Health and Safety Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage cans.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto play card.
How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
