How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 2D Lotto:
- Pick a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto play slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system select the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 2D result after the live draw to see if you matched the winning combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Additional Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to observe the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be carried out in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to decrease the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variant that lets its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 25-30 and 30-25). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto bet card.
Who are permitted to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Are 2D Lotto and EZ2 Lotto the same?
PCSO already renamed its EZ2 Lotto game to 2D Lotto. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘EZ2’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘EZ2’ in some of our updates when referring to 2D Lotto.
How do I claim my 2D Lotto Prize?

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
