How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Select the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Additional PCSO Rules to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or non-winning tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that lets its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 1-4-3), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you mark a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto play slip.
What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Law.
