3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed-prize lotteries accross the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing PCSO 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Pick three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your bet slip and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used bet card and old lotto tickets into the trash bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I get a refund for the 3D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the computer. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the play slip to the cashier.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the terminal can no longer be canceled or voided.
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
When are 3D Lotto draws held?
PCSO is conducting 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the highest 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
