How to Play 2D Lotto
2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Select two (2) digits that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 2D result to verify if you won the prize.
One 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.

- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.

- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage bins.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the playing card to the cashier.
Does PCSO have 2D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO most of the time suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.
How much do I win in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you got the winning combination in any order.
Can I play the same 2D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
