3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The chances of getting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively. This means that players are more likely to win in 3D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular games operated by PCSO since its launching in 2002. 3D Lotto is also known as Swertres Lotto.

How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- See the 3D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Important Health and Safety Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to abide by the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and old lotto tickets into the garbage can.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
