How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
New Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before leaving the outlet.
- Put away your used play slip and old lotto tickets into the trash bin.

3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito gives you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

3D hearing, probables or predictions are generally posted in our Facebook group. Please note that nobody can predict the 3D winning number combination. These hearings, probables or predictions are solely for entertainment purposes.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
