2D RESULT September 7, 2022 – 2D Lotto draws take place today at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) draw court at 2pm, 5pm and 9pm.

Along with 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also conducts today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Grand Lotto 6/55.

2D Lotto (also called EZ2 Lotto) is one of the first fixed payout lotteries of the PCSO. It has been immensely popular among the public since its launch in 2004. 2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

PCSO conducts EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior official announcement is made. Postponement of draws normally takes place during major holidays.

PCSO also conducts draws for each of the five parimutuel lotto games three times a week. How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the complete instructions when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:

1. Choose two (2) digits that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
2. If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically pick the numbers for you.
3. Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
4. Select your play amount in the AMT column.
5. Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
6. Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
7. After the draw, access the 2D result to know if you won the prize.

One 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.

Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto

PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 2D Lotto players in the country.

1. Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
2. Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
3. Use your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
4. Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
5. Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
6. Throw away your used play slip and old tickets into the garbage can.

2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Playing via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Who are permitted to play 2D Lotto?

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?

2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.

How many Advance Draws can I play in 2D Lotto?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you selected.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

Are 2D Lotto winnings taxable?

2D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the highest 2D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,000.

Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?

If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these useful tips when claiming your prize.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
