3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was introduced in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular fixed payout games in the country. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are generally canceled.
PCSO also conducts draws for each of the multi-million peso lotto games three times a week. How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you win a prize.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Additional PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to abide by the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed in all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to minimize the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to discard used bet slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
What is the new name of Swertres Lotto?
