The available system bets in 6/42 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

How do I Play PCSO Lotto 6/42 System 12?
System 12 is the PCSO Lotto 6/42 system play that allows players to choose a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the typical six (6) numbers. This play type generates 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
To play System 12, simply select your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS column of the 6/42 Lotto playing card.
How many Advance Draws can I play in Lotto 6/42?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the present draw. To play in advance, just mark your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet card. Your Lotto 6/42 entry will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you marked.

January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
