Recently renamed as 3D Lotto, Swertres is one of the oldest of all digit lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds official 3D Swertres Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior public announcement is made. Suspension of draws generally occurs during major public holidays.
PCSO also conducts draws for each of the five major games three times per week. How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the Swertres Lotto:
- Select three (3) numbers that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your playing card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, view the Swertres result to verify if you won the prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the Swertres ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing Swertres Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, Swertres Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to play Swertres.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage cans.

In Straight or Standard Play, a player receives PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What if I cannot think of any Swertres number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the Swertres number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
When does PCSO hold Swertres draws?
PCSO airs Swertres Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
Can I play Swertres Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your Swertres entry shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Swertres combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) Swertres draws.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
