Philippine Lotto 6/42 System Plays – Ways to Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot

6/42 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.

These are the choices available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).

With System 7, a player picks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the bettor marks eight (8) numbers, generating a total of 28 combinations.

The overall number of combinations increases as the selected numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

With regard to System 5-Roll, you only pick five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have marked are automatically combined with each of the remaining 37 digits in the bet card, producing a total of 37 combinations.

Remember that your total bet cost will be much higher in system bets due to the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The total ticket cost shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

Refer to the table below for more information on overall ticket cost for each National Lotto 6/42 system bet.
