Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Megalotto 6/45 System Plays – Increase the Odds of Winning
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system plays in 6/45 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a player who chooses this option would have to choose seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the player will have to mark a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 45.
In essence, more and more number combinations are created as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With regard to System 5-Roll, the player will only have to pick five (5) numbers. The remaining (unmarked) 40 numbers will be matched with the 5 marked numbers. This creates a total of 40 six-number combinations.

How can I win prizes in Mega Lotto 6/45?
You win a prize by getting at least three (3) numbers of the winning 6/45 Megalotto combination. The more matching numbers, the bigger the prizes you will get.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you receive PhP 30. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 1,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 32,000.
If you match all the winning numbers, you get the jackpot prize which begins at PhP 8.9 Million.
You can boost your odds of winning by opting for a system play. With this option, you can choose up to 12 numbers per column in the bet card, thereby creating up to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost shall be based on the total number of generated combinations.

Are minors allowed to play 6/45 Mega Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the Megalotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
How many combinations are there in System 9 for 6/45 Mega Lotto?
System 9 lets you to pick a nine (9) number combination instead of the typical combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of 6/45 Mega Lotto system play generates a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).
To play System 9, just choose your preferred 9-number combination and then mark the number 9 in the SYS section of the 6/45 Lotto playing card.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/45 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
How much does a Megalotto System 11 ticket cost?
System 11 allows you to choose a eleven (11) number combination instead of the usual combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of Mega Lotto system play produces a total of 462 combinations and costs PhP 9,240 (Php 20 x 462 combinations).
To play System 11, simply pick your preferred 11-number combination and then mark the number 11 in the SYS section of the 6/45 Lotto bet card.
Can I cancel or refund the Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund your 6/45 Lotto ticket once it is printed by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet slip to the cashier.

March 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
