Swertres Lotto, currently branded as 3D Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed-prize lotteries operated by PCSO since its creation in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts official 3D Swertres Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior announcement is made. Suspension of draws regularly takes place during major national holidays.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO Swertres Lotto:
- Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres bet card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer pick the Swertres number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the Swertres result after the live draw to know if you got the winning number combination.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing Swertres Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be observed by Swertres players nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to place Swertres bets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used play card and old tickets into the trash can.
Swertres Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
Swertres Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In Swertres Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Playing via the Rambolito gives you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variation that allows its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres results match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you mark a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet slip.
What does LP in Swertres mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the Swertres number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Do I win anything if I get all the Swertres winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
