How to Play Mega Lotto 6/45
Before you proceed, note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
These are the detailed steps when playing 6/45 Lotto:
- Go to a PCSO-authorized lotto outlet and get the Mega Lotto 6/45 betting card.
- Mark a combination of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Five (45) in each column of the playing card.
- If you can’t think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Optionally select one of the options under the 6/45 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can choose more than the regular six number combination.
- For multiple draws, choose the number of succeeding draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your play slip and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Access the 6/45 Lotto Result after the scheduled draw to know if you won a prize.
Each 6/45 Mega Lotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your Megalotto 6/45 ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your Megalotto ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

In light of the on-going pandemic, 6/45 Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to play 6/45 Lotto.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your betting card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to throw away used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.
Megalotto System Bets – Improve the Odds of Winning
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and generates several combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system bets in 6/45 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a bettor picks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player marks eight (8) numbers, generating a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers picked, the higher the number of combinations created. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
In the case of System 5-Roll, you only need to select five (5) numbers instead of the typical six-number combination. The remaining unmarked numbers in the bet slip (40 in all) will be matched with the 5 numbers you marked, thus producing 40 combinations in all.
Keep in mind that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The total cost of the ticket is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations created.

How do I win a prize in 6/45 Mega Lotto?
You win a prize by matching at least three (3) numbers of the drawn Mega Lotto 6/45 combination. The more matching numbers, the bigger the prizes you will win.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you win PhP 30. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 1,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 32,000.
If you match all the numbers, you win the jackpot prize which starts at PhP 8.91 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system bet. This option allows you to select up to 12 numbers rather than just 6, thus generating a bigger number of combinations.
The system plays you can select from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
The cost of tickets in system plays depend on the total number of combinations produced.

Can I play Mega Lotto 6/45 in Advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just choose your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet card. Your Lotto 6/45 entry will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
