Swertres Lotto (now known as 3D Lotto) is one of the first fixed payout lotteries operated by PCSO. It has been exceptionally popular among the public since its launch in 2002. Swertres Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The chances of hitting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds official 3D Swertres Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior official announcement is made. Cancellation of draws generally takes place during major holidays.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the Swertres game:
- Pick three (3) digits that will compose your Swertres combination. You can choose from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Select your play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, see the Swertres result to know if you won the prize.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM

In light of the on-going pandemic, Swertres enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be carried out at all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when buying Swertres tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to decrease the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.

Swertres FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about Swertres Lotto
How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are Swertres Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
Swertres Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the maximum Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play Swertres Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the Swertres Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
What is the new name of Swertres Lotto?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.

PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
