- Mark six (6) digits that will comprise your 6/45 Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 45.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal select the numbers for you.
- You can also increase your odds of winning through the 6/45 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- If you want to join multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.

Each Mega Lotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your Megalotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your Mega Lotto ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
To win the Jackpot, you must match all 6 numbers. The Initial Jackpot Prize (IJP) for Megalotto 6/45 is 8,910,000.00 (net of agent’s prize commission). If no one wins the jackpot in a particular MegaLotto 6/45 draw, the prize amount is carried forward into the next MegaLotto 6/45 draw. If there is more than one jackpot winner, the Jackpot prize will then be divided equally among all the winners.

Lotto 6/45 System Bets – How to Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system bets available in 6/45 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a player who marks this option would need to mark seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the bettor will have to mark a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 45.
To sum it up, more and more number combinations are generated as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With System 5-Roll, you only select five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have selected are automatically matched with each of the remaining 40 digits in the board, producing a total of 40 combinations.
Keep in mind that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The overall ticket cost is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

What are the ways to win in 6/45 Lotto?
You win a prize in Megalotto 6/45 by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you receive PhP 30. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 1,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 32,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you take home the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 8.9 Million.
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot by picking up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet generates a bigger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.

How do I Play Mega Lotto 6/45 System 9?
System 9 lets you to choose a nine (9) number combination instead of the usual combination comprised of six (6) numbers. This type of Mega Lotto system play generates a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).
To play System 9, simply pick your preferred 9-number combination and then mark the number 9 in the SYS panel of the 6/45 Lotto betting card.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/45 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
How do I Play Mega Lotto 6/45 System 12?
System 12 is the Lotto 6/45 system bet that lets players to select a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the default six (6) numbers. This play type produces 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
To play System 12, just pick your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS section of the 6/45 Lotto betting card.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

6/45 Mega Lotto prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to the 20% tax as imposed by the TRAIN Law.

March 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
