How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the 2D Lotto:
- Select a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto play slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer generate the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you matched the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
New PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following payout structure for 2D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,000 in case he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

PCSO already renamed its EZ2 Lotto game to 2D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘EZ2’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘EZ2’ in some of our updates when referring to 2D Lotto.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
