How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:
- Pick two (2) digits that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, see the 2D result to verify if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Additional Regulations to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to abide by the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play card and old tickets into the trash can.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

2D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 2D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO have 2D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO most of the time suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.
How much does a 2D Lotto ticket cost?
A bettor can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been processed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
