Introduced in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO conducts live EZ2 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are generally canceled.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Pick two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Select the play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much do I win in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you got the winning combination in exact order.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?
2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
What is the price of a 2D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Will there be any 2D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.
Are 2D Lotto winnings taxable?
2D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the maximum 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
