3D Lotto, previously called as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed-prize games operated by PCSO since its inception in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your printed 3D Lotto ticket.
- Access the 3D result right after the live draw to know if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Important Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to follow the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out at all lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to throw away used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.

3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically select the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
