How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:
- Choose two (2) digits that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 2D result to know if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
New Regulations to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the outlet.
- Throw away your used play slip and old lotto tickets into the garbage bin.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

2D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
Can I play 2D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Does PCSO have 2D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
