2D Lotto (also known as EZ2 Lotto) is one of the first fixed payout games conducted by PCSO. It has been greatly popular among the betting public since its inception in 2004. 2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

How to Play 2D Lotto
To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Select your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D ticket.
- Check the 2D result right after the live draw to see if you won a prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
Additional PCSO Regulations to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be observed by 2D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or old tickets in the trash bins.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What is the schedule of PCSO 2D Lotto draws?
PCSO is airing 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How much do I win in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you got the winning combination in any order.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 2D winning numbers in the same order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the day.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
